How can we help?


Ordering


  • The item I ordered is out of stock. Why is it on the website?

    All our  stock depends upon availability. We want you to be able to order and receive the products you love effortlessly, so we'll always aim to let you know if an item is out of stock.


    Now and again there can be an unexpected delay, if so we'll get in touch to let you know.

  • Can I make changes to my basket?

    Yes sure! Click on the basket icon at the top of the page and you'll be able to see the item(s) you have in there so far.


    Use the 'QTY' button to add more of the same prodcut, or if you need to choose less. 

    Click Continue shopping if you want to keep shopping or If you want to remove an item completely then click the X button.

  • Promotions and discount codes.

    Using a discount code is easy:

     

    Add the item(s) to your basket

    Once you have finished shopping view the basket and enter your discount code in the box marked 'Coupon code' Enter it here'

     

    Press 'Apply' to add the discount to your order

    Please note that you can only use one discount code per order and you are not able to use them in conjunction with any other offers.

     

    If you are having trouble redeeming your promotional or unique discount code, please send us an email or call us before placing your order as we will not be able to refund you the discount amount if the code was not applied to your basket or an attempt made to contact us.

     

    Why is my discount code not working?

     

    The discount code you have entered may have expired, may only be applicable on certain items or services. Some codes also have a minimum spend. Please refer to the terms and condition of the offer for more details.

     

    I have forgotten to use my discount code, can I still receive the discount?

     

    Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted we are unable to add discount codes or offers retrospectively.

  • Can I place an order to a different address?

    Yes, sure. You can select your shiipiing address as you check out. You can  now even do click & collect if you prefer to pick up your product. 

    Please note we only have one location for click and collect. 

  • How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

    We'll send you an email as soon as it's on the way! Or simply check your account to track it.

  • How do I place an order?

    Once you have your items in your bag, you can then increase the quantity by entering the desired amount in the Quantity field.


    Once ready,  Click on the 'Add to Bag' and either contiues shoppingor check out where you can select the correct delivery and billing address for this order. Please note that the billing address must match the details for the card that is being used. Once you have chosen the delivery method and clicked on the 'Continue' button, you will be taken through to the Payment page

  • Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

    Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. 


    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.


Payment


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following payment types;


    1. Debit or credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards (except Diners)


    2. Paypal


    3. Cheques. Make your cheque  payable to “Young Explorers Camps Ltd“ and send to Graffiti Stars, Young Explorers Camps Ltd,

    with the appropriate payment and your Order Number. Please note we cannot reserve dates or dispatch your order until full payment has been received and cleared.

    We recommend that you send cheques, postal orders or vouchers by recorded delivery.


    3. BACS. You can make your payment via BACs. Our Bank details are at the bottom of your Invoice. you can download this at the summary Page after ordering. The Invoice will also be sent to the email address you provided.

  • When will I be charged?

    We will charge your debit or credit card as soon as you clickyour order has gone through.


    Whilst every possible step is taken to ensure stock accuracy, if we process a sale of any product which is subsequently found to be out of stock, notfiy you and offer an alternative, or we will credit back a refund to your card as soon as possible and advise you accordingly.

Shipping


  • Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

    No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Is it possible to track my order?

    Deliveries sent by our courier service can be tracked through the tracking number on your despatch email. 

    Typically most deliveries are  shipped with Hermes. 

  • How will my order be shipped?

    All prodcuts will be shipped by a local courier service, depending on your country. However,  some prodcuts may be sent by standard post. 

    For Royal Mail shipments or other national post companies, tracking is unfortunately not available. For all other items, orders can be tracked. Click here to track your order. 


    NOTE: SPRAY PAINT AND SOME OTHER MATERIALS CAN NOT BE DELIVERED OUTSIDE THE UK.

  • Can I shipped to a different address to my billing address?

    When going through checkout you will be given the option to dliver your packag to a different adrees to your billing address. 


    Please note that we can NOT ship spray paints outside of the UK mainland. If you aorder any psray paiont items the order will be Cancelled. 

  • How much will it cost to ship my order?

    Prices start from £4.59 for standard UK shipping.whcih normally take 2-3  days. 

    Express Delivery starts from £6.99 whcih typucall arrives within 1-2 days.


     All shipping cost are calculated by weight.

  • What delivery options do you offer?

    We offer two manin shipping options, Standard and Next Day. Standard shipping takes 2-3 days and starts from only £3.99. Next day is a 1 day shipping service (Monday - Friday) and start from only £6.99.

  • Click & Collect

    Unavailable until the end of Lockdown 

    Click & Collect lets you make an order online and then collect it from one of our Warehouse in Milton Keynes. All orders must be place by 1pm for same day collection. All Orders placed after 1pm will be ready the next working day, (working days exclude public holidays).

    Please allow a minimum of 4 hours between placing an order and your order being ready.

     

    Customs, Orginal work Items.

    Any Art work or Customs items ordered with us can take up to 14 days to be ready due to the nature of the work involved.

     

    Order is ready!

    Please Note: that you will be emailed once your order is ready.

    If you arrive to collect your item, before being notified you will not be able to collect your item(s).

Returns


  • What is your return policy?

    Returns Policy


    Apparel, & Materials & Prints Gifts


    We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it doesn’t, work for you, or it’s not up to scratch, don’t worry we offer UK returns & refunds on all products (excluding Spray Paints & Paint Pens and custom items stated in the section below) items purchased through our online sites. Please ensure that when you receive an item that you do not use the product and please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact. The items packaging, must be complete, unused, and undamaged.


    Retruning


    You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Simply package up your items ready to post back with the original order note, attach the sticker found on our free returns label or contact us for one and hand it in at the Post Office or drop it off with your chosen courier .

    Please remember to ask for a proof of postage.


    Spray paint, Paint Pens Returns Policy


    We do not refund Spray Paints, Paints or Paint Pens purchased through our Online store.


    Faulty Spray Paints, Paints or Paint Pens can be, returned and swapped for items to the same value as the returns.


    Non UK customer?

    Unfortunately we do not offer free returns outside the UK. Non UK customers are liable for all shipping and custom costs.

    Cancellation for Events/ Parties Policy


    For Events Including Parties & Workshops & Commissions


    You can cancel your booking with a full refund of your deposit/ full amount (minus £20 admin charge) up to 3 weeks before your event. Notification must be in writing. If you cancel after the 3 week point, you will for forfeit the full amount full the event.


    If you have book within 3 weeks of your event happing and cancel the event you will automatically forfeit your deposit 48 hours after confirmation of your booking. 

  • How will I be refunded?

    All refunds are made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. 

    You will receive the same amount of money back as you paid for your products. Unfortunately we do not refund for deliveries. Please allow  up to 7 days for your refund to be made once we have revived the item(s) back.
