Dispatch

We typically aim to get your order shipped out the same day Monday to Friday (excluding  bank holidays), If the order is recieved by 12.00pm.  

Delivery price starts from only £4.99 for standard (2-3 days delivery estimated) and £7.29 for Express delivery 1-2 days estimated) depending on weight or order amount. 

National/local orders are shipped with  Evri, which is a 2- 3 estimated for standard and 1-2 for Express delivery time after dispatch. 

Please note however we can not control if they take longer than their estimated time. 

International orders  are shipped with either Hermes, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS or FEDEX and delivery time is 5- 15 days depending on destination country. 

We ship out Monday - Friday and in busy periods Saturdays. Once your parcel is shipped you will receive and email with a tracking  number to track the progress of your order. Please check your junk email f you do not recive it. 

We do not send tracking info note for small items such as small bags of caps, some pen and other postable items as these maybe shipped with Royal Mail.  

You have 14 days from the day you recieve your  order to return your items free of charge.
